Rhonda has been with our family at night since the week after our daughter was born and has provided our daughter and our family with amazing care.  Rhonda comforts, feeds, and changes our daughter, watches over her, and gives detailed feedback about her night.  I do not breastfeed, so our daughter is with Rhonda for the entire time and I do not worry knowing that she is getting the best care possible with Rhonda.  Rhonda has been a sounding board for my new parent concerns and has always given great advice and tools to help our daughter thrive.  Rhonda is willing to adapt to our schedule while also providing good suggestions for things we can try to navigate these first months.  I feel at ease with Rhonda and know that our daughter is in good hands with her.  Having Rhonda with us these last few weeks has made a huge difference for our family, and I would absolutely recommend Rhonda for certification in newborn care.

I cannot say enough in support of the love, care, encouragement, and education Rhonda Smith has shown me, our family, and our children over the last three and a half years. During this time I have had two daughters and have employed Rhonda as a post-partum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, and babysitter. In all of her considerable time with our family, Rhonda has shown the utmost professionalism, support, love, and friendship to not only our children, but also to my husband and myself. Whether she was helping with feeding and continual support through my nursing journey, sleeping, calming a crying baby, talking us through a new stage in childhood development, or ensuring that we would get a good night's sleep, I have always been able to count on Rhonda for her expertise and ability to help me have confidence as a mother. As a family, we always looked forward to the nights and days when Rhonda would be in our home. Whenever she was there, we could rest assured that our babies were in the best of hands. Rhonda has a truly calming presence that is palpable to those around her; this was huge for me as a mother, especially after long days and our children greatly benefitted from this as well. I strongly recommend Rhonda Smith as a childcare professional. She helped guide me through the many challenges of being a new mother. I am forever grateful to Rhonda; I would not be the mother I am today, without her.

Rhonda Smith helped me and my family care for our newborn son. Rhonda came to my home to help at night so I could get a little more rest. I could not recommend Rhonda highly enough! She was an angel for my family during this new and challenging time.  Not only was she the ultimate source of information and education on everything newborn related, she also was warm, loving, calm and incredibly compassionate.  She has the ultimate bedside manner when dealing with a hormonal c-section new mother! She always made me feel good. And, she was such a professional presence.  She showed up 5 minutes early, always left the baby and the areas they used spotless, and she left detailed notes on night feedings and any goings-ons with the baby.  She also would advise questions to ask the doctor based on anything she noticed during her time with the baby.  She taught our family a lot about how to care for a newborn and as he grew.  My personal favorite thing was that Rhonda would magically get my baby on schedule every night that she came so that his last feeding would be right before she had to leave. She would feed him and put him to sleep, ensuring I would get an extra 2+ hours!!!! It was miraculous! She is the absolute best! I would 100% call Rhonda if I have another baby.

We have worked with Rhonda Smith for the last three months as nighttime care for our daughter. I cannot say enough good things about Rhonda. She is a caring and intelligent individual. She has always been prompt and communicative. As a scattered first time mom, these things were all incredibly important to me. I could barely tell you what day it was, and Rhonda helped provide a sense of peace and order. From the first night we met her, Rhonda garnered our trust with a calm demeanor and obvious deep knowledge of newborn care. In fact, we have enjoyed getting to know Rhonda so much that we are planning to use her services as we have more children. She is detail-oriented, and most importantly, our daughter loves her. In her time with us, Rhonda stayed with our daughter through the night and handled anything and everything relating to her care. Rhonda always offered to help with anything we were working on, and she was an absolute joy to have in our home.
